Little Long Lake Bridge Workshop

In the second half of October 2011 I instructed at a bridge building workshop organised by the Canadian Dry Stone Wall Assosiation. The students came from Ontario, Michigan and New England and over nine days an arched bridge spanning six feet was completed. For part of the coarse we were fortunate to have Norman Haddow, a DSWA certified master craftsman, and John Scott, a masonry teacher at Algonquen College, give assistance and advice.
